I believe that Pathfinder has celestial fox-folk, but don't currently remember the name (don't own their Monster Manual II). Anyway just trying out some ideas.

I know that Palladium had an anthro fox race called the Kankoran, along with anthro wolf and coyote races. Didn't know that about Pathfinder, though.

They didn't pull a Leaving Monster Manual 2 in 3.0e set up but totally update MM1 and make sure MM3 is in 3.5 did they. Because that still bugs me, Wizards.

They now have an official fox race: Kitsune. You can see their full racial information in Dragon Empires Gazetteer. Really cool addition. I'm pretty sure the book came out within the last month or so.
