Alright, here another little text to think about !
I know it's cold outside and the weather might be not that pleasant as you would like it to be but hey - It's just a weather and not a nature catastrophe..

Every day I use the break at work for a long walk and I don't care what the weather is - only my outfit changes and I might have to take an umbrella with me.... and you know what ?..

Christmas is a time for ppl to stay at home and become chubby and tired and whatever... I don't !
It doesn't take much, just keep an eye on what you eat (and how much you eat) and keep a minimum of activity (walks in the snow can be nice too!) and you can fight against some nasty winter extra pounds on your hips :P
