I started this last night but I got sooo tired. I found out that doing the sketch and lines then coloring and effects later really helps take off the overwhelming part of art.

I didn't think that Kazik and Endir would know each other, but since neither of them have a set back ground, I can't think of a reason why they couldn't. I guess you could say they're friends, as scary as that would be. Endir wears a mask so that he can't see people looking at him. He won't attack if he doesn't know for sure ..and because he wouldn't know WHERE to attack. Probably not a good idea to have a sightless, aimlessly wandering individual in a workshop.
