To answer both Chaostigerx and Steamfox. First the suit is between 30 to 35ft tall. Think small Valkyrie from Macross. They can not fly but have vectored thrust to assist the leg suspension when jumping from heights. The mechanical pencil was actually a missile that could be fiber optic guided or satellite controlled. The long probe on the front is a stand-off detonator for the warhead.

given its really smooth and minimal-lines minimal-bulk design, i was really tempted to think of it as an armored suit than a bipedal giant robot, really. it looks very akin to the Sol Tekkaman powered armors in Tekkaman Blade.

either that, or it's a powered armor akin to what the Zentraedi uses.

This version usually had an Opto-style camo very much like Ghost in the Shell. The one dream episode I had with this suit in it the operator couldn't properly activate it due to virus that messed it up. Its defualt color is a neutral grey/tan color.
