A friend of mine was pondering making a saluki-coyote mix character, but I think ended up with a slightly different mix instead... anyway, I wondered what a salukiyote might look like. Here's my take on one. :D Pen scribble, kinda hastily colored in Photoshop, but I didn't want to ruin it with overworking... looks okay I think.

I love the shapes and composition. The background color works really well with the fur colors. I think you stopped at just the right spot. :)

oh man, those greens, browns and other earth colors are fantastic, what am i saying, your colors are always fantastic. but these are especaily nice colorfinding in the figure. keep up the good work.
