the "fishtail" is a nice detail. also, would his right eye be blind? I always wondered how a creature could see in the visdible spectrum of light when the eyes glow in the same spectrum. :) my idea would be a "magical" sense, maybe workign like a radar, and the charcoal-glowing eyes would be nothign but glowing... things. :)

^^ I like that as idea, it sounds interesting, I think that would a good thing to use when creating a character!
On this guy, his glowing eye is due to his telekinetic ability as it's channeled through that eye :) I'm glad you like his tail, I wanted to somehow to something a bit different that also kept the long tail points that tern have. I do like how the tail turned out ^^

telekinesis is useful when you don't have functional hands. :)
