A very quick sketch-and-shade that turned out pretty spanking good.
I always liked the design of the NOD Shadow Teams guys, albeit I never really used them a lot whenever I play Tiberium Wars. Oh well.
That's a C4 that he is holding in his paw, and two machine pistols hang from his combat belt.
