So, this is my friend and I's first attempt at a fursuit head. It's supposed to be an otter, but it is somewhat lacking in its. . . ottery-ness.
Unfortunately, we don't really know what to do to make it look more like how it's supposed to. D: Any comments or help would be fabulous.

Best advice I can give you is study several views of an otter's head. The first thing I notice is the muzzle. Otters tend to not have a dip from their forehead to muzzle.
