Rated General despite a minor bit of comical mischief.

Do not steal or Dr. Romanov will have a new subject for his experiments....
One character out of a small team of artisans that will play a major part in the Zodiac fic I'm working on. Anastasia is possibly one of the most unique super characters I've had in awhile. Three notes though:
- She obviously did not name all of her builds, some of them are suggestions made by her partner/cohorts. And well, a name like "screwjob" should tell you how seriously they take themselves.
- Ironically I never heard of Generator Rex until I was discussing this concept with Furyman87. Afterwards... yeah I definitely made a few notes when I went about actually writing her sheet.
- The nickname and the names of her tools are not set in stone, the idea of calling her "Multitool" will almost certainly be dropped and the names of her favorite devices can change.
Name: Anastasia Zokov
Nickname: Multitool
POB: Ukraine
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Species: Siberian Roe Deer
Nationality: Ukrainian-American immigrant (or the equivalent)
Height: 5’8”
Weight: 264 lbs
Eye color: Green
Hair: Platinum Blond
Physical Appearance: A stocky, apple-shaped deer doe on the taller side of the bell curve. Weight is primarily centered in the belly and breasts, with relatively thick hips balancing out a pair of DD breasts and a plush beer gut. Fur pattern is typical of her species while limbs end in four-fingered hands and hoof feet.
Occupation: Mechanic and general handifur for hire.
Areas of Operation:
- Silicon City
- Casino City (the Siliconverse’s version of Las Vegas)
- Alpha City (Zodiac Universe)
Powers:
Injected with a serum of self-modifying, self-assembling nanites by the nefarious Dr. Romanov in order to create a super-soldier with an arsenal capable of adapting to multiple situations, Anastasia has the ability to create a variety of yellow and black-colored technological devices over various parts of her body. Upon escaping, the cervine gearhead quickly learned to apply her new powers in more constructive pursuits, the following “builds” becoming her personal favorites as she made her way across the globe to that fateful meeting in Casino City.
“Wrecker”: Possibly the most intimidating tool in her kit; a pair of ultra-sharp mechanically augmented claws is grown over her arms, giving her the ability to tear metal apart.
“Fastener”: A pneumatic gun formed over her arm capable of modifying itself to use nails, rivets, or industrial staples. Cannot generate its own ammunition, the device still must be fed whatever she intends on using.
“Torch”: Miniaturized laser torch grown over the hand, focusable beam that can be used as a welder and a cutting torch.
“Screwjob”: Motorized tribarrel screwdriver and pneumatic socket wrench combination assembled over her forearm. The nanites that form each head can grow or shrink to adapt to a variety of sizes.
“Drill”: A heavy self-adjusting drill with a variable bit covering the forearm, can go from a simple carpenter’s drill to a personal mining auger.
Strengths:
- Gifted motorhead with a rudimentary understanding of metal and woodworking trades.
- Tools can be used as impromptu weapons in a pinch and allow her to perform incredible feats of engineering or fabrication.
- Allowing for conservation of mass and laws of engineering, her nanites could theoretically build anything she can imagine. In essence, they are the ultimate building toy for the kid at heart.
- While her schooling was cut somewhat short, she is exceptionally bright and learns quickly, allowing her to tag-team effectively with other tech and building-themed supers.
Weaknesses:
- Pacifistic personality, tends to frightened easily in a fight and generally wants to avoid conflict altogether.
- As a result of the above, she has not spent a significant amount of time developing truly combat-oriented “builds” despite her friends encouraging her to do otherwise.
- Dr. Romanov is wondering what became of his test subject…
- Her ability to maintain her conjured machines depends on concentration. She cannot focus on more then one construct at a time and extreme stress tends to impact the quality of her builds.
- Proper application of electro-magnetism will really ruin her day and she cannot create anything with more mass then she has.
Outfit: Typical work clothes; denim jeans, steel-toed safety “clogs” over her hoofed feet, and a pastel colored jersey. Clothing is tight enough to keep from being caught in machinery but baggy enough to be modest and covers more then is needed to maintain basic decency, suggesting a personality that isn’t entirely comfortable in most social situations.
Bio: Born and growing up in the western Ukraine, Anastasia had a relatively unremarkable life. Finished with public schooling and attending a trade college for general mechanics, she was the kind of girl that few people would miss… which is what made her highly desirable to a mad scientist looking for test subjects in his latest project.
Disowned by the scientific community for violations of ethics and frequently offering his knowledge of nanotech augmentation to morally dubious characters, saying Dr. Romanov was a piece of work is an understatement. At the time Anastasia and the good doctor crossed paths, he had been contracted by an unknown party to produce a regiment of super-soldiers capable of handling any enemy force. Eager for a test subject, any subject, for the initial experiments, the lupine scientist had the cervine doe kidnapped in the middle of the night and brought to his laboratory. Once there, Zokov was promptly injected with her captor’s prototype serum.
Unsure if she would even survive the treatment, Romanov was lax in making sure his prisoner was properly locked up. The next morning, he awoke to discover a large hole in the lock to the female’s cell and a number of curious scorch marks and tool carvings in the walls. The doe herself was nowhere to be found. Frantic to recover what data he could, her jailer was soon in dogged pursuit.
The initial search of the obvious places turned up nothing, she was smart enough to avoid returning home or school. Meanwhile Anastasia had been working odd jobs to make her way across Europe. By the time he had finally tracked her down, she was on a ship from London to New York. Upon arriving in America, she evaded his grasp once more. At present she has yet to reappear but the scientist is still looking and gearing himself up for her capture. Sooner or later the two of them are going to have a reckoning…
Personality: Quiet, humble, and always willing to help, Anastasia is in some ways iconic of the immigrant who just wants to make her way in the world. Soft-spoken and still learning to speak English, she talks very little and when she does it often conveys the impression that she’s less intelligent then she is. Frustrated with her difficulties communicating and the direction her life has taken, she suffers from occasional bouts of depression.
However, when given something mechanical to modify or build, her eyes light up like a child on Christmas morning and her true genius begins to shine. Upon arriving to the States, she had developed an interest in bikes and a particular fondness for the American chopper, both building them and riding them.

Thanks, yes I still work on semi-serious characters even between mad bakers, Aussie and British grill masters, and whatever other silliness I've been coming up with lately. :P
Heh, perhaps. In hindsight it certainly wouldn't be my first choice for a codename. Not sure what I was thinking when I came up with it. XP Good to see you're still here doing something.
