This page took longer than intended. Mostly because of the options available. Had a couple possible paths for the comic and it took a while to figure out which way to go. Which one was the most in character and had the most appealing poses, etc. After playing around for a while it came to this. And I have to say I do like the bottom panel. That is quite a bit of cleavage... O.O

I don't get the whole guy getting carried around by giant girl thing. Can you explain it? Are you attracted to seeing a guy in a picture? Can you not feel like you're in the picture unless you draw a guy in it? I don't like seeing guys in pictures of girls, because I'm extreeeeemely straight. I just want to know someone else's reasons for it, I'm not saying it's bad.
In this case, it's very simple. It's a comic, so the most important part... (unless it's simply for eye-candy) is to show the emotions, circumstances, etc. of the characters. You could do that with simple text, but expressions are much more fun. Now yes, the eye candy is definitely a big part of this comic as Milenna is a very curvy and voluptuous character, and she knows how to work that to her advantage so her maneurisms tend to enhance her natural curves.
Generally speaking though, guy getting carried around by a giant girl, most likely it is for an imagination thing, to imagine yourself in their place, though not necessarily. It could just be the characters intended for the image, and the story contained within.

You'd think the way she treats people who try to take advantage of her they'd get the clue, but people seem to like her paws, so no matter how she treats them they seem to keep coming back. O.O

That's true, they are going to have considerably more work ahead of them. And that's the point. :D
As far as licking goes, while it probably would get the point across very clearly, it's not really her thing, and she probably wouldn't want to have to deal with the cleanup, or them possibly liking it... >.>
