Jules is anatomically correct. Balls above his sheath, penis that can look normal, but split in two if he were to mate with a female marsupial or what-have-you :x

And he has a small pouch. It wouldn't be enough to carry a child, he's definentally male, but it's good for holding keys, money and the like. ANd it's sensitive to the touch ;3
