It's 99 the spy, listener, and space traveller. I've drawn him quite toony because this is a reference sheet. (It's true!) He's grey with light blue tones, and has orange eyes with a blue shimmer. His wings have a more fleshy tone, with the grey fur colour being dominated or not depending on how much light there is behind him.

Oh, and he's quite a friendly character despite his mostly solitary existence.
