I think the filename is the problem. For some reason, Fur Affinity will not properly display the thumbnail images of submissions that have foreign language characters in their filenames. You can still mouse over the areas where the images should be, and go to their corresponding art pages. But the linking images aren't displayed. I see the same problem occurring with your older submissions, too.
Try to replace the file using a different filename, without the foreign language (Chinese?) characters.

But I just find that replacing the file using the different filename is no use to my older submissions~They are still not displayed~
But it worked when I submit new submissions with no Chinese filename~I‘ll try to submit without Chinese in the future.
