Coming in a close second for worst financial deal of the year, the Denver pet expo cost $600 to show, and made about $300 in total sales. POOR! It was fortunately just a one day thing - a saturday. The setup was the day before, and teardown took quite a while since I had so much rack shelving.
The folk were let in the door free, which probably hurt - a lot of them were there just to kill time, not so much to shop.
Oh well, lesson learned. On the up side, I made a special poster of my two danes wearing their collars, I now use this banner at the furry conventions too :)

My dad uses them for the pens we hand out after we finish installs.
I'd like to get some business cards printed up to hand out because it always seems the way I meet someone who wants something sewn/drawn/carved and I have to scribble my name and number on a scrap paper.

the single sided cards are cheap and easy - double gets more expensive, though you can pack a lot of info on there that way.
Make an image that's 1062 x 615 pixels - and don't put any text or important graphics in the 25 pixels closest to any border, they may crop irregularly. I can order them for you on my next round.
You can use any fonts or images you like!
