Some CAP squadrons excel at search and rescue, others excel at cadet programs, others with aerospace education-related activities. RT Coyote tends to roll with the latter. So when the call came to submit designs for a unit patch, this is what was entered. It's been several years, and we're still waiting to see the winning design as a RL patch to be sewn onto the BDUs. Hmm.
