I have done alot of texture editing on this and especially on the face! What do you guys think?

But might I recommend you modify the hair roots on the mesh's skin texture to match that of the hair base? It would look a little more natural if the hair roots matched the hair mesh. The eye brows would do good to match perhaps at maybe 50% the color of the hair mesh too (eyebrows can tend to be a little darker than the root base on the head).
Otherwise, this looks quite well done.
