Based on an inside joke which probably makes more sense in Italian than in English. Dreadlocks are often called "rasta hairdo" since they are worn by Rastafarians, but it is not a grammatically correct term because a "rasta" is a person, that is a memeber of the Rastafarian religion. So here Stefy is wearing dreadlocks, while Serena is wearing... an actual "rasta" on her head.
