649 Pokémon: 311, 312, 602, 044, 031, 507, 601
Third posting in my challenge to draw all 649 Pokémon!
#311 & 312 Plusle and Minun - The RNG chose Minun and I decided to draw them both together. They were okay Electric-types for Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, but as far as Electrics go, they do not have much to make them stand out. They were gimmicky for double battles with Plus and Minus to power them up, but the only double battle that mattered was the single gym battle against Liza and Tate, and that was a long wait to use two Pokémon (for reference, that was the seventh gym and you could technically catch these two before completing the second, and they were a pain to raise).
#602 Tynamo - I LOVE TYNAMO! It is SO CUTE! Nothing remarkable in terms of usability--in fact, it is hardly usable at all until it evolves into Eelektrik because it learns no new moves by level or TM--but it is adorable. I used one in my first play of Black.
#044 Gloom - One of the originals that anyone who ever played Red probably used. And evolved into Vileplume, which, in first gen, was incredibly awesome, and is still pretty good. Ah, the memories....
#031 Nidoqueen - Talk to the hand!
#507 Herdier - Evolves from one of those generic early-game Normal-types (Lillipup) in Black/White. I like Herdier quite a bit, to be honest, and I did not really want to evolve it into Stoutland. Even up to Victory Road, it was doing pretty well because Return kicks ass at max power and with STAB. Then I evolved it and it was even deadlier. The only Pokémon other than my starter that remained in my team post-game. <:
#601 Klinklang - I procrastinated drawing this so long and it is still not very good. But it is kinda cool, I think, after being biased by making my model of Klink. Also it is very tilted. XD
Next up: #288 Vigoroth!
