I always liked the end of FLCL when Naota got the power of Atomsk and became this crazed glowey thing. Watching MLP I noticed that, whenever Twilight does some serious magic her eyes glow and she sort of lights up. Somehow these two vastly different things crossed in my mind and this is what I came up with last night as a little break after sketching commissions. Very silly.
