Appearing in 'Shattered Relections' (an Extinctioners offshoot/ fanfic of mine), Solaris is a high level plasma-kinetic and can project super-heated energy from her body as well as fly. Solaris is young - just coming into her prime - but as the result of humans tinkering with her genetics, is already in possession of powers far beyond that of many more accomplished hybrids. Her power is so devastating in fact, that she is forced to wear a power dampening control pack to keep it all in check. Even Solaris herself is unsure if she would be able to control her powers unaided.

Yes, her head is 'shaved' in the sense that she has no extra hair beyond the natural fur layer. And yes, she has tattooing. No, I don't know or care how that works on fur, it just looks cool!
