As the changes speed up, surging through his body, he feels like he’s going to burst. Ripping his helmet off, he screeches with his new beak forming from his mouth and nose. As his jaws snap forward, great and powerful wings burst from high splitting shoulder blades. As the rest of his body grows, becoming more avian by the second, his spine extends outward into a feathered tail.
