i was bored and sketching, not 100% on his story but it kinda goes something liek this:

an oldenday minor in a fiery accident and his lil canary (the kind they used to detect mine gasses or w/e).

the cart is self aware and has its own mind but cant be seperated from Ash (and vise versa)

he uses the canary & mine car as his eyes ears and mouth since he cant technically see speak or hear

he loves to collect rocks and mineral objects (like jewels or raw metals) he keeps them in Imus and gets very upset if one goes missing

the thing above his head is suppose to be a minor light like they wore on their helmets but i may take it away and make his face the glowing bit, or Imus'es eyes

the names arrent perminent, i might not name the other two and just make them all "Ash"

oh and yes he does have a thinggy under there...somewhere...maybe. im not sure what i want it to look like though or how i want to work it out, ill draw it in or something once ive got him more fleshed out
