Scrapped most of my gallery because I feel like I need a fresh start, and I felt like filing away the stuff I want to move away from would be a good way to move on with that. Scrapped this and the last two pieces because I kind of want to have a separation between sketches, doodles, and finished work.
I think confidence plays a big part in it too, hah. Working on that.

Yeah, I can see how it would be. I feel a lot easier just doodling in it than I do in PS, but I'm so used to doing the eyedropper/opacity style for colouring and blending that using the painterly tools in SAI are so confusing! I think I might just experiment with more simple ways of colouring in it for a bit. It's definitely a program I want to get more familiar with though.
