As Yuri Faris accidentally opens a breach into Ithaca (through which his older brother gets lost), an entirely new group of inner-city teenagers have already probed the mysterious tropical landscape, interacting with its inhabitants and attempting to map the mountainous jungle. They consider themselves to be the only pioneers into Ithaca, not knowing of the breach made thousands of miles away in Vancouver.
