I still haven't decided on a direction for arguably the most popular Peanuts character period.
So far it's an older Snoopy....or Snoopy lives on through his off-spring. I not certain the mother should be revealed and I don't want to have both Snoopy AND his kids around at the same time.
Snoopy's attitude would virtually remain unchanged.
Prince would represent Snoopy's pride, ego and his inherent ability to excel at most things he puts his effort into.
Penelope represents Snoopy's general good side. The Snoopy that helps out Woodstock and participates in good causes.
Blockhead represents the side of Snoopy you don't mess with. This is the Snoopy that dragged Linus around with his blanket, kicked the door of Charlie's house when he is hungry and fought when he had to.

First, it's WWI flying ace; he's in a Sopwith Camel, fighting Manfred von Richthofen, the Red Baron.
And second, I'd say it's a subcase of his "Joe Cool" personality. Shades vs. Goggles, charming to the 'damoselles, and an attitude that rocks.

This is just my opinion. Which is my own. But I'd probably stick with the one older Snoopy.
Not that the puppies aren't cute, but you're ultimately looking at three seperate aspects of a character instead of three whole characters.
The concept is cool, but I suspect it'd be harder to manage.

I like what your doin here but keep in mind that Snoopy is a beagle and the older snoopy drawing looks more like a bird dog of sorts and less like a beagle, along with prince he seems too tall to be a beagle. I just love the idea of an older snoopy raising three kids.... could play out to be an excellent story. You really need to get this peanuts stuff to someone high up and see about getting produced into something we can watch... it has HUGE potential.
These are some awesome wonderful new SNoopy concepts. My all time favorite one is of BLockhead, just how he's shorter than his siblings and has that butch doog frown to his face and the spikey collar.
I really like your take on the older Snoopy, you keep some of that character in the bottom left sketch and some of his 'penelope' type personallity in the one just right of that sketch.
