It's a good reminder that not supporting the war shouldn't mean you don't support the troops.

They are our fellow citizens of this country doing what they were asked to do. They have families praying for thier safety everyday, but have pride in what they do.

Great job. Its nice to see people still supporting our troops. While I personally hate bush and am completely against the war in Iraq I really wish our guys could come back home. It is unfortuneate that they have to be sent there like the pawns on a chess board to fight and possibly die for a war that isnt worth fighting any more. You have captured the american spirit embodied in this cat and I wish your 2 familly members the best and hope that they may be home and safe with you soon.

Your welcome and indeed he should be tried for war crimes and treason as well as destroyer dick. He shot his buddy in the face with a shotgun and what did he get nothing at all. He should be behind bars not to mention the whole deal with haliburton. Bush has literally caused people to lose faith in this country as well as our position in other countries eyes. I hope hillary clinton becomes president maybe then we can once again see the pride and the spirit of the home of the free and the land of the brave. And we must all stand firm behind those in iraq here at the home front, our men and women need our support.

As a soldier, I can't help but be touched by this. Very impressive work!

As a side note, I just re-enlisted for an extra six-year term. Probably going to make another trip overseas (been to Iraq once already, admittably to s somewhat more calm area than you see on the news...)

Tell your family members to stay safe, and send a care package or two. A little drink mix goes a long way, and my unit loved those crystal light concentrated mix containers. Water gets boring once in a while, and it's probably something nobody will think to ask for.
