Chocolate Marzipan Dragon
As a yearly tradition do we make a Chocolate coated Marzipan Snake. I chose to take it up a notch this year and made a Chocolate coated Marzipan Dragon. still gotta clean up the extra chocolate and wait for christmas to get a great picture of it, but this should do for now.

Marzipan was homemade by me too.
Marzipan:
2 egg whites
500 g skinned and pulverized almonds
enough powdered sugar to make the mixture not stick to you or the bowl.
- Mix the egg whites and the almonds
- add enough powder sugar so the mixture is easily shapeable, but doesn't stick to the bowl. 500 g should do. this takes practice to do perfectly.
- shape the marzipan the way you want. try not to let it dry out while you do.
- melt some chocolate and spread it out on the figure
- add some other stuff as details and such
- cool down for a day and then enjoy.
