EDIT : Excuse the extremely old upload, but I forgot to put this here. And since I'm shutting down my dA, I need these refs here.

Hitomi is the newest addition to the team. She's a zebra girl, a "Black" Medic, who packs a mean aim with Pistols the same way she can handle a Surgical Scalpel with precision. :)

Hitomi was born and raised far away from the city. She grew up with her parents, her father was one of the best doctors around. Of course, being a doctor meant he was rich..and that was just a trouble magnet.

One night, Hitomi was kidnapped from the Medical school her father sent her to everyday by one of the town's worst Assassins. They held her hostage and asked for a ransom from the father. The family's inheritance was huge, passed down from generation to generation..so Hitomi herself knew where it was kept.

At first the young medic's dad disagreed to the amount, it was just too much to give away..but the Assassin's had their ways..They strapped Hitomi to an operation table and threatened to inject deadly Cyanide into her blood streams.

The father had no choice. He took off with the map to their family's inheritance. Upon arrival at the meeting point, 2 of the Assassin's henchmen waited for him. But Hitomi's father had other ideas on his mind, he withdrew a pistol and put a bullet into one of the henchman's head. As he was about to take aim at the other, a sniper nearby took a shot at his arm. Hitomi's dad was injured severely, trying to be a hero was his big mistake. The remaining Assassin snatched the map out of his hand, roaring in anger he whips out his cellphone and commands the cyanide to be released.

At that moment, Hitomi's dad lunged at the Assassin..only to take one more bullet from the sniper..this time to his head. Back at the operation table, a tear fell from Hitomi's eye as she watch the machine pump Cyanide into her blood stream. She blacked out after that.

All was not lost though, a day later, Hitomi opened her eyes, Found herself in a makeshift coffin made from the tables around her, buried alive. Hitomi was a weak girl, but to her surprise she pushed away everything in her way. What she didn't realize was that the Cyanide injected into her body somehow made her stronger.
With this Hitomi travelled as fast as she could to the storage of the Family's inheritance..she was faster than the Assassins, but it was too much for her to carry. There was only one thing she could do now. She took only a bag full, and set the rest on fire.
When Hitomi returned home, her mother was nowhere to be found.. but there was a note, with the fact she never wanted to hear, her father was dead.

Years later, with the money, Hitomi survived alone. Registered for a Training as a "Black" Medic, and was soon taken into Team Wildcatz, with the help of Masumi.

Black Medics are different from normal Medics. They were also given extra training that soldiers would normally receive, and this gave them the ability to fight as well in a battle..while using their Medic packs to help the fallen.

Being new in Team Wildcatz, Hitomi still has alot to learn.

You see, Hitomi has this tattoo on her belly. Her parents never told her about it, but on the day she was born, a relative of her family discovered Hitomi's specialty. She was immune to poison and toxic chemicals, instead of hurting her health, it would increase her body functions instead. Cyanide gave her strength, others would have other effects. That relative of her's later made that tattoo on her, to show that she was different. That she was, in a way, a sort of demon in legends, a demon that by taking what was bad, made it stronger.
Of course, Hitomi isn't a demon. The symbol was merely to "mark" her, her parents didn't know about it either. Only her long lost relative would know. But Hitomi had this fear of revealing the tattoo to others, she would hide it most of the time. This caused a little gossip around the girls of Team Wildcatz, but we'll see what happens. :)

Hitomi's weapons include a Revolver and a Light submachine gun. She tends to experiment poison on bullets, so getting shot by one of these will not only hurt, but cause some side effects like dizzyness and slowdowns of the body's reactions.

Hitomi is not quite the wild type. She tends to be serious most of the time, but she has no problems letting out a smile despite her tragic past. Being the team's medic means she is also responsible for the health of the team mates, so she takes full responsibility in it. She's proud to be a part of Team Wildcatz, you could say. ^^

No fears or weaknesses at the moment.

The idea for Hitomi just popped out of nowhere. I just figured Team Wildcatz needed a Medic. Though they actually HAD a Medic before. That was looong time ago. I removed those characters coz they were not such a unique idea. It was actually a pair of sisters, one was a Police officer, the other a Nurse. Hitomi was completely different, and being a rare species (Zebra), I figured I could make her as unique as possible. :)
Her stripes and body patterns are not so visible yet, I need to make another pic that would..show "more" of it. =P
