Actually the Keranidae can infect everything and everyone. They are a parasitic nature.
But I have to admit I only infecting Sonas that are actually consider to use it as a main part of there Character. As Nightfirer and GizGiz did.
For me my race worth too much to crack down like the Sergals did. As same as I design the infected version with you. It is a part of me so I see that as a personal thing too especially because every infected is one of a kind.
