Exception: Interface designers may upload screenshots of websites or interfaces that they have created so long as they are complete, original designs, use no copyrighted material, AND the screenshot does not include portions of the computer or browser interface.
So...unless it's a screenshot of a website or and interface you made yourself, screenshots just aren't allowed period.
