This is absolutely gorgeous. Sometimes it can be hard to make a painted background look natural with a more crisp lineart style, but you integrated them perfectly. It looks completely natural, yet still draws the eye immediately to the characters. :) I love the coloring (both the background and the characters) of this in particular, your coloring here is just gorgeous. I love the soft colors and lighting. You also did a great job balancing the color scheme (between the greens and the reds/yellows). Just..really lovely job, overall. This may be my favorite thing you've drawn yet!
