This actually looks like a different style you're trying to use. :U
A different CUTE style that really fits him well.
I LOVE the wings and how oddly they're drawn, but they fit well with the style. >w<
That little cloud tail, too. I love it's lineartless-look; that totally fits with the cloud effect.
I'm thinking you should really draw more of this guy. :U And make him more commonly seen on FA.
Especially since you say he fits well in the micro-area (I think @3@), you could make some really
cute images with that.
