Gonna do a few of these where I pick my characters, old and or new, and point out details about them, usually useless to anyone but fun to know nevertheless, so I'll start venting my stuff about them. Tell me if I should make more.
-Vicks was created in 1998 but didn't get used in my main stories until 1999-2000.
-He started out as red and yellow, and was much rounder and pointy in some places, like the tail. his color later changed to brown in 2002, and later to orange in 2004 to make it look 'shiny', while still mentioning he was brown.
-His whole name is Vicktor Hunter Brandsfore. I don't really remember where the whole name idea came from. It usually is shortened ti Vicks H. Brandsfore.
-Alternatvely, I once cited Vicks's name could also be Vicious.
-My handle names, VicksHB and VicktorHB, are references (Now homage) to him.
-He is 7'3" tall. That's generally taller than normal humans, making him intimidating.
-His skin is supposed to be rubbery, just like his mother. Also, like his mother, he has feline tendencies like meowing and purring.
-Vicks's brothers are William and Bigalow, closing in the triangle of Vicks, Biggs and Wedge. This is a pull reference from early Final Fantasy games and mistranslations.
-Vicks is 723 years old in the year 5000. When he went into the Furry world, he was 725. Although it happened 7 years later, Vicks died at age 730. I have no explanation for the gap, except for the time flow in the story being different from ours.
-Vicks is from a family of Noble Dragons, or dragons with familial bindings. -Vicks is the first of those dragons to break control over his superiors and become independent. This control is also severed twice later, when Vicks dies, and when Biggs and Wedge get destroyed in Quetzen Wars.
-Dante is the only one of Vicks's offspring to cleverly make use of a flaw in this psychic authority system, using it to destroy his influential grandfather.
-Although destroyed and killed, Vicks was brought back as a robot under a different name, but with the same mindset. This version is referred to as Dark Vicks, or Oblivicious.
-Vicks is not brought back to live, but his spirt is left in the care of Dixie, who now monitors him and leashes him like hir slave.
-His head and ears are used to make his family emblem, a circle with 3 pointy prongs with webbings between them on both sides. While it represents Vicks's head, it also represents 'Power through unity and more power.'
-Vicks is the most cult character in the whole of the story. His empire had statues of himself that lingered during the exploration of his ruins, his castles, and sometimes his devices featured his family emblem.
-A recolored form of the family emblem is also used on some of the Quetzen's flags, with the motto changed to 'Power through unity and family'. Emily describes the emblem as not being hir father's head, but being lines representing individuals joining together in a bigger circle, and exploding as one.
-Vicks had power over space and time. The ease at which he handled it makes it more of an ability than a spell, as he spends no resource by using it. This allowed him to create time portals, wormholes, and his own series of paradoxes. Which led to the demise of his world.
-Vicks never liked his sons. They were Dante, and Wicks. This might be a hint that he does not like the family psychic control either, and did not wish for them to use of such a power, just like his abundance of daughters.
-He never had a dislike to his herm offspring either.
-Vicks had other more or less common psychic abilities, such as limited telepathy, psychokinesis, and often teleportation.
-Vicks's wings were indeed designed to be broken and unusable. This trait is shared with his brothers and sister, and in his offspring. His father's are functional.
-Not shown in this image, Vicks's hands have 5 fingers each and his feet have 3 toes.
-Once returned to Dixie as a spirit, Vicks's design changed aesthetically. His hands are detached and floating, and he has no more legs, but can swim in the air, and can not leave Dixie's range. If Dixie moves around, Vicks has to follow.
-Vicks reappears to control the Brandsforian Empire with the aid of Dixie in Quetzen Wars chapter 3, although they are the ones responsible into bringing his dead empire back to life in chapter 2.
Who else should I do after this? I got tons of characters!
