I've been dying to make one, but I've been too lazy..
I'm pretty good at pixel art, though, as I've been doing that longer than drawing (since I was 11, though it was just editing on The Palace ._.).

I don't think there's actually an original template of this, I made my own. But I can direct you to the original/a helpful guide to make one of you'd like!
