Another reason I made it flats is so that you could play around with it if you wanted. :P I was thinking of you a lot. Like, I did it traditional cause I know that you like my pencil work more than my digital lines. Also was going to try to color it with colored pencils at first... but I ran out of time and my first attempt failed. So we'll try that again some other time. LOL

Beautiful scene!

I wish this wasn't so dark - the coloring of Diesel, that is. I love the anatomy detail of the lines/inked version you posted, but it's kind of lost here. Still a cute pic, though.

That's the unfortunate thing about having a black furred character.

Yeah, but there are ways to color black fur, to imply the blackness, without it being literally /black/ and losing the detail of the lineart. You've done it before, quite well in fact. I was just sorry not to see it here, because the lineart is excellent but pretty much not visible in some areas (like his hand, muzzle, and from the knees down). Take it as you will, it's not meant to be an offensive comment, just a helpful one. :]
