She is, and a nice person when not surrounded by fangirls and fanboys. I have a couple of her books signed just to give her support. I've kinda stared not particularly liking her style personally...
And it's the cartoony quality and bright colors. I've learned most of my stuff from Shin, Sky, Nelty, and a few other friends of mine, as well as a mishmash of other places, such as disney and dinosaur reconstructions.
