Ok, I have tried to find a way to lose the extra pounds and try to get some muscle showing. I FINALLY found a good workout routine that works for me. This is the out come look of it X3 I'm so happy!~

Lack any exercise equipment.
Live a very odd sleep pattern ( I work an overnight shift) and can't risk falling asleep... and yet due to other concerns I can't take too many stims.
I've been doing GY shifts since 2006, so I know :3
