Like the subject title says, this is garlic pork. It's one of our traditional foods that we make around Christmas time.

In this photo the garlic pork is at the stage at which it is soaking before it is cooked. Normally we soak it for 5 days before cooking. We usually cook it on Boxing Day so we soaked this from the Wednesday, which was Dec. 21st
