This is what the garlic pork looks like after it's been cooked. It came out great this year. Wasn't too acidic and the pork was tender. This is normally eaten with freshly baked bread but seeing as how we didn't bake any bread, we just bought a couple of loaves from the bakery. It was still delicious nonetheless. <3
