Finished Smrgol so just threw the two together side by side.
Just another practice deal with the Copic markers - basically second go round in color with them...still got a bit to mess with. There was a lot of blending going on here, ugh.
Smrgol's colors are off on his face and belly - supposed to be more orange but I used the wrong marker and after trying to blend that around it didn't work out to my liking. I did use Photoshop to alter the tint, but in the end decided against it since it kinda defeated the purpose of not using much digital. However, I did use the levels to brighten them up from the original scan to make them closer to what the real cards look like. Smrgol is still a bit dark however.
Now to figure how to put together Bryagh...or maybe Lunarian or Shen Tsu.
But probably mostly Bryagh. He's great.

OMG I LOVES YOU FOR THIS!!!!!! I am actually doing a fat gorbash fanart at the moment for my other account for the viewers, but I have ben a HUGE fan of this movie since the second grade. This movie is what got me obsessed with dragons in the first place and I would draw them ALL the time. This is truly perfect amazing! You captured both of them perfectly! I knew right away from the front page who these two were! My style is a bit influenced by the original movie. I LOVE drawing big nostrils hahaa.
