Pony design done for the Secret Santa MLP Swap on PonyIsland
In the artwork forum on PI,
LeahTribal set up a Secret Santa art swap that was themed around My Little Ponies. The goal of the swap was to post a MLP themed name that was generated from an online generator. When you were given your partner for the swap, the pony you designed for them was based solely off the name you were given and a list of likes/dislikes as well. The names were crazy and really inventive but worth all the fun! ^^
This one was for PaintdGryphon on PI. The name I got was Cerulean Sunsplash which instantly made me think of the beach and sunshine. The color scheme and hairstyle came instantly to me the second I heard the name, but it took me forever to decide on a breed. The colorized tarantula gene was added last cause it added just enough color in the right places. ^^
