- TOP ROW, FROM LEFT TO RIGHT -

Here we have holding a'la Michael Jackson style(read : dangerous) and Amy Lambert by is looking at it with a calm smile, which means that Behe is teasing poor Nir. But, knowing Behe, who the hell knows what's going on inside his head.
Next, we have looking at two not-so-random characters(guess, guess) and next to them, earning his name. Don't know if akward though.
The last two characters in top row are , trying to get some attention from .

- MIDDLE ROW, FROM LEFT TO RIGHT -

is arguing about something with while , who works at the restaurant, looks at the whole affair with slight disgust. , who stands next to them is quite ambivalent to the whole fuss, but she looks at it nevertheless, while waiting for her food or drink.

- LOW ROW, FROM LEFT TO RIGHT -

Here we have my avatar(I don't like the fursona title) proving that smoking a cigarette while reading a rag magazine isn't the smartest idea. Thnakfully, is here to prevent the upcoming dissaster while also shows some concern by being shocked a bit.
Chilling next to the stairs, we have .

Now, I must thanks all of the participants for sending me references of their characters and apologize if there are any errors in their looks. My main and only resource were the refs. you've linked in my journal post, so some mistakes may be visible.

You were trying to find them, and here's the anwser :

- BOTTOM, FROM THE LEFT TO THE RIGHT -

1. One arrow in the railing.
2. Two arrows in the magazine - one is a title "ARROW! TO THE KNEE" and the second one is a small picture under that title.
3. Cafe Flèche singn has an arrow on it. Also, "flèche, means arrow in french.
4. The guy below the cafe sign has "I LOVE ARROW" on his shirt.
5. Engraved in the stone between cafe archs.
6. On the menu boards - there is Kids Menu and Arrow Menu.
7. In the shocked girl cup.
