Here is the information on Arctic Vixen:
Arctic Vixen
Civilian name: Anita Vierri
Age: 22
Height: 5' 8"
Powers: Genetically-based ice powers, martial arts training
Travel ability: Flight
Civilian Occupation: PR director of Metropolis Motorsports Park
Background: The daughter of a hard-working businessman and racing enthusiast, Anita spent her Saturday nights at various small racetracks and learned a great deal of business sense thanks to her father. Unlike her friend Entisia's parents, Anita's family were unashamed fans of the various heroes that protected the world, which made her friendship with Entisia rather annoying anytime her friend's parents were around. But their mutual admiration and interest in metahumans kept them close friends despite the parental conflict. Anita's father died in a dirt track crash when she was 16, leaving Anita and her mother pretty much alone as their extended family was limited and many lived well outside of Metropolis. Fortunately due to the business savvy Anita's father imparted on her, she was able to fast-track her way through college and was able to get a good job as the PR director of the recently-completed Metropolis Motorsports Park. The income from the job is more than enough to keep herself and her mother -who had little ability for the work of the type needed to make enough money to live comfortably- in good shape for the forseeable future.
Metahumanity: Anita was exposed to the Exobytes after an evening out with her friend Entisia, who had tried to set her up with one of the employees at her family's factory. The resulting changes left Anita in a fearful state, partially what left them vulnerable to capture by Brainiac. After escaping from Brainiac's ship, that fear returned - her changes had been so drastic that she feared she couldn't go back to her ordinary life. While panicking over this, her form suddenly shifted back to her human form, save for some blue highlights in her hair. When it became clear that Entisia had not been so lucky, she prepared a place in her home for Entisia to stay after the inevitable fallout with her family. Fortunately it wasn't long before Entisia found new employment and was able to get a new place to stay, leaving Anita to contemplate what to do in the future. Eventually accepting an offer from Superman to mentor her in the use of her powers, she took the name Arctic Vixen in reference to her ice powers and nicely-developed(in Arctic Vixen form) body. Anita does not spend as much time superheroing as others, placing a strong emphasis on minimizing suspicion of her activities in civilian life.
Personality: Anita is a very serious, down-to-Earth person, in stark to contrast to her friend Entisia who has become a shameless flirt since her transformation, tempered only by her strong belief in monogamy. Nonetheless, Anita's attitude is not as cold as her powers, and she is willing to go out of her way to help others when doing so won't potentially expose her civilian identity. Anita has developed a strong crush on her mentor, Superman, whom she idolized strongly in her teenage years. Only Wonder Woman was a bigger hero to Anita, and she's perfectly willing to admit her slight jealousy that Wonder Woman has agreed to mentor Entisia, but she does not let it be any sort of problem. She gets revenge, however, by poking fun at the fact that as Arctic Vixen, she can fly quite easily while Entisia didn't gain such an ability. Under the serious attitude, Anita is quite fun-loving and gets more than a slightly euphoric feeling when she takes to the sky. There is little she enjoys more than the feeling of flight, and does feel some pity for those who do not possess the ability. It doesn't stop her from poking fun at her good friend over it, though.
Other information: Anita takes careful pains to eliminate suspicion about her superheroine identity, but her mother already knows, Entisia having accidentally let slip the information in conversation(Entisia was under the impression that Anita had already told her about it). Anita's mother udnerstands her hesitance on the matter and chooses not to bring up the fact that she knows. Anita's mother is very proud of her bravery.
Superhero relations: (Anita's lack of activity compared to Entisia has resulted in far fewer notable interactions)
Superman: Anita's mentor as Arctic Vixen, she has more than a slight crush on Superman, but knowing full well that disappointment likely lies in pursuit of such lusts has kept Superman blissfully unaware of it. The two have worked surprisingly well together.
Wonder Woman: The world's greatest hero in the eyes of teenaged Anita, she is more than a little jealous that Wonder Woman is Entisia's mentor. Diana is aware of this jealousy but does nothing since it has not harmed the relationship between her charge and her friend.
Entisia: Anita's childhood friend.
