Poor Harry. He never wanted to be in the Dingo Regime, but there he is. I hope he makes out out okay (spoiler: he does).
The Dingo Regime were one of the many villains Knuckles had to contend with in the Knuckles comic series, based on the video game character from the Sonic the Hedgehog series (something I'm sure most of you already knew).
Harry was one of the few dingos that did not buy into his governments xenophobic propaganda and became a valuable ally to the Chaotix, even when it's nearly cost him his life.
I always liked this character. His backstory, his personality, his friendly nature. I hope to see more of him in future issues.
