
My grey knight leader I'm starting on I went with the idea from the white darwf book saying to paint it boltgun metal then a blue wash and a layer of chainmail. I'm not goot with lays on models but hey you live you lean lol.
Sorry if the picture is to birght but this was the best one I could get with my phone the flash light off makes it too dark to see it well and the flash makes it abit lighter then it is.

Not bad, it's a good even coat of paint on the model. What to do is pull the layer on top back a little so the blue was has a chance to show up. here's my example with silver - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7092751/
Each layer should have progressively less on it until you are just hitting the highlights. you have it right with the underside of the chest plate and bottom of the leg plates. if you want a little more blue to show up, thin it down with some water and apply it directly to a recess and not over the whole thing.
