A badge of Yuina the hellhound, commissioned by
taijii! :D
This was my proof of concept for a 'full-color' UV badge... that is, essentially a regular full-color badge that has multiple colors of UV added on top after the non-UV coloring is done.
My previous UV badges were generally done by using cut UV-colored paper, which has a nice specific effect... but it's hard to use more than 2 or 3 colors, tops, so this is a way to expand the palette of UV colors into a veritable rainbow!
The photograph on the bottom is about the best I could get, as UV is notoriously difficult to photograph, but at least you get the idea... :)
Measures about 5"x6" and is ink, marker, colored pencil, gel pen and UV glow acrylics.

coooool :o do you know, are there UV reactive airbrush paints? I am working on an airbrushed computer case that has a rave scene and the commissioner would love it if the colors glowed like this. I said the fluorescent paints I use on t-shirts might be bright, but I dunno if they would "glow" like this.
