#3 looks most vibrant but i'm not sure if that makes it too out of place or not.
I'm actually torn between #1 and #2 though.
#2 seems is darker and colder. Gives more of a feeling that you're in the water, and brings more focus to the light on the surface.
#1 is a bit of a compromise between the two. Honestly i'd have to leave the choice to you ultimately. :P

I like the 1st panel. Seems to be more realistic and i like the colors/shading. The 3rd would be interesting. Have you tried oranges sort of like sunset/sunrise ? Panel 2 as it's darker makes me think of night time and different times of the day.
