libragon
This was made for my brother who had his birthday the last week. <3
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
2 packets of Oreo Biscuits
1 cup of butter
For the Cheesecake Cream:
2 Philadelphia packets
1 can of sugared milk
Vanillia essence
Juice of 1 lemon
Open both of oreo biscuit packets and one by one, twist them and remove the cream with a knife in a bowl. Keep the cream for later. Grate the biscuits until you have a powder. Melt the butter and then pour in in the biscuits powder and stir it until you have a mixture. Put the mixture in a pan and push it down at the base. Bake it for 10'. In a big bowl, add the Philadelphia an the cream from oreo biscuits and using a mixer, mix it thoroughly. After 5 minutes, add the vanillia essence, the lemon juice and the sugared milk, little by little and keep on mixing for 10 more minutes. After you have a fluffy cream, put it in the fridge and let the biscuits base cool down. After it's cool enough, fill the pan with the cream and put it in the fridge for 6-7 hours. You can optionally grate some more biscuits and springle it on the top. Serve it cool.
