Something simple, sweet and savoury all in one dish likely to please many a wish from the kitchens of
sanssouci
A quick recipe, for those who like sweet and salty tastes together!
You'll need:
- brisè pie crust (or another 'neutral' non-sweet crust you may want to use)
- one big pear. I used an Abate pear, because they're very sweet and I like a stronger contrast, but there are some less sweet varieties if you want the contrast of tastes to be more moderate

- Stracchino cheese. Stracchino is a variety of soft cheese with a saltier taste and more 'compact' and creamy texture than ricotta/cottage cheese.

Smear the stracchino on the pie crust, with a fork, add salt, pepper and a spoon of olive oil. On top of the cream, spread the pear cut in slices, I have kept the slices quite thick, but is my personal taste :9
DONE! It was fast, see?
Cook at 180 C^/356 F^ for 25 minutes (or until gets a crunchy golden crust over it)
and then enjoy :9
