This is basically a list of the different pokémon I've eaten this year, with a description of their taste and a rating of various attributes. Taste refers to their taste, Fillingness to how well they fill my belly, Struggles to how good their struggling felt, Ease of nomming to how easy they were to nom (a higher ratings means it was easy, a lower that it was hard), and overall is an overall rating of how good a prey they were, based mainly on the taste. It's also a list of the various predators that ate me this year, with a short description and a rating based on how dangerous they are. Since many of the species descriptions were based only on a single individual or only a few, they could be a bit off.

(All ratings are on a scale of 0 to 25, where 5 is bad, 10 is decent, 15 is good, 20 is great, and 25 is the most amazing thing since the history of time began)
016: Pidgey

Taste: 17 Fillingness: 9 Struggles: 21 Ease of nomming: 23 Overall: 15
019: Rattata
Small and common, it is, with some exceptions, not too tasty. Useful to still your hunger, but nothing amazing.
Taste: 6 Fillingness: 5 Struggles: 12 Ease of nomming: 24 Overall: 7
029/032: Nidoran

Taste: 21 Fillingness: 13 Struggles: 20 Ease of nomming: 15 Overall: 18

Taste: 23 Fillingness: 19 Struggles: 14 Ease of nomming: 12 Overall: 21
031: Nidoqueen

Taste: 18 Fillingness: 21 Struggles: 16 Ease of nomming: 6 Overall: 17
033: Nidorino
Strong, but tasty. Hunting it is less dangerous than hunting the female, due to lower chance of the prey being Whiskers, but still quite dangerous. As with all Nidos, watch out for predatory ones, and watch out for possible Whiskers in the vicinity.
Taste: 19 Fillingness: 18 Struggles: 18 Ease of nomming: 14 Overall: 18
034: Nidoking
Tasty, filling, and struggly, but powerful and dangerous to hunt. Suggested hunting tactics similar to Nidoqueen, but make very sure the intended prey is not Stabby *shudder*.

135: Jolteon
It is very fast and impossible to catch up to if it runs away. Tastes like an Eevee, but much saltier. Struggles in stomach are amazing. Watch out for electric attacks while eating it: it is best to freeze them before nomming.
Taste: 25 Fillingness: 16 Struggles: 24 Ease of nomming: 7 Overall: 25
136: Flareon

Taste: 17 Fillingness: 11 Struggles: 12 Ease of nomming: 20 Overall: 14
161: Sentret
Reasonably tasty prey, but watch out for Mozilla the Vulpix. If she has decided on the Sentret as her prey, let her have it and never try to steal it.
Taste: 12 Fillingness: 9 Struggles: 14 Ease of nomming: 23 Overall: 13
196: Espeon

Taste: 24 Fillingness: 25 Struggles: 15 Ease of nomming: 6 Overall: 24
246: Larvitar
Small but heavy; takes a long time to digest. Nomming it often leads to being nommed by the Nidoran that hangs out with it. Can grow and shrink at will.
Taste: 17 Fillingness: 16 (depends on its size, though) Struggles: 7 Ease of nomming: 18 Overall: 17
381: Latios

Taste: 21 Fillingness: 25 Struggles: 23 Ease of nomming: 7 Overall: 24
470: Leafeon
Delicious big meal, tastes like an Eevee, but with a fresh, fruity taste to it. Easiest Eevee (except Eevee itself) to take down due to type disadvantage and low special defence, and delicious to nom. Provides vitamins my carnivorous diet lacks otherwise.

471: Glaceon
The final delicious Eevee; it tastes like an Eevee, but more ice-creamy. Like other Eevees, it is easy to trick because it innately trusts me due to our shared species. Catching one is mainly a matter of pouncing it and devouring, because our ice attacks have little effect against each other.

498: Tepig

Taste: 23 Fillingness: 12 Struggles: 20 Ease of nomming: 18 Overall: 22
Viktor's Stomachdex 2011

Its stomach is comfy and has a lot of space. While scary at first, it doesn't digest and only eats willing prey.
Danger: 2

Deceptively skilled at nomming, it has a tendency to eat me out of revenge for fellow Nidos that have been eaten. Its stomach digests rapidly and painfully.
Danger: 18
030: Nidorina
It eats anything in its vicinity, especially me. Avoid at all costs, as getting near her means ending up in her massive stomach, getting digested to make her even fatter. DO NOT BE FOOLED by her seemingly harmless looks, this is a highly dangerous pokémon.
Danger: 24
034: Nidoking
Highly violent and dangerous predator, especially if you try to eat its children. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE when it's near, especially when you tried to eat its children, as it will trash you to the point where you beg to be eaten, before eating you. *shudder*

Dangerous predator that can easily make attempts to eat it backfire. Its stomach is even stretchier than mine, and can easily accomodate me even when I'm full-bellied. Also comes in a giant variety: avoid that one at all costs, as it's inevitable you'll end up in its giant tummy if spotted.
Danger: 18/25(giant variety)
133: Eevee

Danger: 7

Between their type advantage and great strength, Flareons are a great threat. Don't attack them unless victory is practically a certainty, as it can easily overpower me and send me into its warm, fluffy tummy. Can heat its stomach up like an oven, giving me a quicker end than digestion. Comes in a giant variety, which should be avoided at all costs, as its stomach can easily hold thousands and it is practically invincible.
Danger: 22/25 (giant variety)
197: Umbreon
Watch out for this one. While an encounter between us usually leads to him ending up where all Eevees belong (my tummy), he does reform, which means I am at risk of getting revenge-nommed. Easily gullible, though, which has got me out of his tummy several times already.
Danger: 16

I'm just a metre long, so as you can imagine my belly was quite big after swallowing EonLatios: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6706323/ . It was a good thing he cooperated, otherwise I couldn't have done that.
And as for how I survived: in a couple of cases they spit me back out after a while (these are mostly the predators I gave a very low danger rating), but in most cases I was digested. Fortunately, I reform after being digested http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6924996/ . If you don't want to read that entire story, let me explain it: a piece of timeline is twisted around my stomach, and when I am digested, it uncurls and pulls a parallel me from a parallel universe that split off very recently into this universe, effectively reforming me, though with an incomplete memory (I ignored the fact that part of my memory is erased when I'm reformed for this nomdex)
